Waesche, Sheinbaum & O'Regan, P.C. serves clients world-wide, with special emphasis on the litigation and arbitration of shipping, aviation and marine insurance disputes. Cases and work regularly handled by the firm include both recovery and defense matters involving hull and cargo losses (marine, air and inland), personal injury, wrongful death, charter parties, collisions, sinkings, strandings, fire and general average and salvage. The firm advises clients on marine (cargo, hull and liability) and inland marine insurance, oil pollution and environmental matters, and products liability, and provides services related to contracts for the purchase and sale, construction, renovation, and repair of vessels.

Additionally, the firm has a well-respected commercial practice, and provides legal services in connection with corporate formations, insurance and reinsurance matters, international sales and purchase agreements, transportation and service agreements, financing arrangements, and general contract issues.
